It seems I do this sort of thing quite often: I write a journal entry apologising for my lack of presence here and then months go by and I do another. NO MORE OF THAT! I really need to get in order and keep posting new work and getting feedback. I'm terrible with my correspondence. I owe a large bunch of people photos and I've not gotten round to doing it. Gaaaaah….
Anywho, my photography course is going fantastically well. I'm receiving very good marks for the vast majority of my projects. I always feel like I can do better though, I need to try and change this. I find it hard to push myself at times.
I recently bought a medium format camera, A Mamiya RB67. I'm loving it. I've taken a few rolls of quick snaps on it but I'm very keen to use it professionally.
At the moment, things are going really well. I'm loving life. Its been a great year so far and I feel its only going to get better.

Its going well here! Vega photography is going well, so well that I'm going to be teaching it next year at vega! I'm also working part time at this gallery in kloof. Really enjoying it! Freelance work is going well too!

That's rad dude, so things are going fantastic by the sounds of things. I haven't been doing any thing photography related for ages now, which is sad but i just don't have the time, work is just too demanding.
JHB is a brutal place if you don't know how to handle it but i have to say life up here is great, it's a rush and the potential to live an exceptional life with everything you desire is ripe for the picking if you prepared to work hard and smart. Durban will always be home but it's too slow for me.
From Feb next year i'm looking at getting an iMac and DSLR and picking up on the photography again.
